Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies Lead/coach skilled trades/maintenance personnel in all aspects of asset management, including but not limited to: asset availability (mean time to repair, mean time between failure), cycle time, preventative maintenance, predictive, and condition-based monitoring technologies. Lead/coach teams in leveraging new and existing machine monitoring tools to identify constraints in the system and systematically reduce and eliminate interruptions in production flow. Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, drives, take-ups, chains, carriers, and alignment to prevent surges/vibration that hurt paint quality. Keep environmental systems running, enforce LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)/confined-space safety. Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams. Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners, and customers Evaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement Working knowledge of Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Established and active employee resource groups
