About The Position

Are you ready to take the next step in your maintenance career and ready for a new challenge? As our new Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure efficient upkeep, repairs, and inventory management of 2 apartment communities in Austin. PTO increases with tenure. Duties Include: Supervise all in-house and vendor work alongside the Property Manager. Lead maintenance staff in diagnosing problems and performing repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Ensure completion of AMLI's annual maintenance program and scheduled preventative maintenance. Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies for maintenance and custodial departments with Community Manager's approval. Approve maintenance invoices and evaluate products for property upkeep. Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor expenses regarding utilities and maintenance. Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations for on-site employees; interview maintenance personnel and manage schedules to control overtime. Enforce company policies and safety regulations (OSHA). Ensure timely responses to service requests and maintain property curb appeal. Restore vacated apartments to "make ready" status and conduct weekly inspections. Report any significant incidents related to property or residents. Rotate on-call duties with other service staff. Requirements: EPA Refrigerant Certified (Type 1 and 2 or Universal). Minimum of 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience. Experience in multi-family industry is a big plus. Physical Demands: Regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally move over 100 pounds. Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, and adjusting focus. Requirements

  • EPA Refrigerant Certified (Type 1 and 2 or Universal).
