Maintenance Supervisor - Casting
About The Position
Arconic is currently in search Maintenance Supervisor to join our Aluminum Extrusion (AEX) business unit in Lafayette, IN. This position is a night shift, 6pm - 6am, on a rotating schedule. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities during assigned shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment maintenance, team leadership, and continuous improvement, and supervisory experience in manufacturing.
