Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years maintenance or tooling experience.
General knowledge of industrial maintenance with an emphasis on electrical, mechanical, robotics, or controls applications.
Minimum of three years on the job training with heavy industrial manufacturing facility in skilled trade capability.
Maintenance experience with CNC equipment, automation, sensors, robots, tooling, hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman Certification preferred.
Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience in a supervision role.
Motor Control, PLC and Ladder Logic
Electrical Theory and troubleshooting
Knowledge of electrical components
Basic understanding of services and variable frequency drives
Welding experience
Applicable rules, regulations and/or policies and procedures.
Robotic troubleshooting skills
High Level of mechanical aptitude
Mathematical Skills (work well with probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plain and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations).
Reasoning ability (ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables).
