This full-time opportunity is for a Maintenance Technician (as described in the responsibilities section) at a newly constructed 126-unit affordable family housing property in Downtown Boston, MA, with occasional reporting to other nearby Boston sites.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing, scheduling, and performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
- Overseeing completion of work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
- Working with contractors as needed.
- Supervising maintenance personnel and ensuring the quality of work performed.
- Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the team about the status of ongoing projects.
