The Maintenance Staff is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance, repair, and reliability of equipment and facilities at the New Albany production plant. This hands-on leadership role ensures all machinery and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Summit Seed Coatings’ operational and safety standards. The Maintenance Staff works closely with plant leadership to minimize downtime, implement preventative maintenance programs, support capital planning initiatives, and maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
