About The Position

HHM CPAs is looking for a full-time janitor and maintenance staff to help with the upkeep and cleanliness of our 2 buildings here in downtown Chattanooga, TN.
This position combines indoor janitorial duties with outdoor groundskeeping or minor handy-man responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys a mix of tasks, takes initiative, and maintains high standards to keep spaces looking their best.
Eary morning shift from 5am to 2pm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
• Refill soap dispensers and paper towel holders
• Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
• Mowing, trimming, edging, power washing, and various other landscaping tasks
