About The Position

We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. What You’ll Do: Maintain the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, snow removal, and floor care Ensure compliance with OSHA and life safety regulations Support a successful maintenance program that meets all federal, state, and local standards Snowplow and snow removal assistance. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related maintenance role
