This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch, a mission-driven family and group conference and retreat center with an on-site residential camp, serving more than 50,000 guests annually. The Seasonal Maintenance Lead is primarily responsible for repairing minor to moderate issues on grounds, public areas, and private accommodations. This role assists year-round maintenance staff and follows their guidance to ensure the facilitys upkeep and safety.
