Requirements

Must be a High School/GED graduate.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be emotionally mature and to be able to accept constructive criticism.
Must be able to work well with others as a lot of tasks will require multiple people to assist in completion.
Ability to be on feet most of the day.
Ability to lift, pull and push equipment.
Ability to stoop and reach.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Adequate vision and manual skills.
Ability to work on roof or other high places such as ladders.

Nice To Haves

Some experience in maintenance field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure safety and functionality.
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
Prepare and refresh resident units for move-in (painting, cleaning, minor fixes).
Maintain common areas and landscaping; assist with snow removal and seasonal projects.
Respond promptly and courteously to resident and staff maintenance requests.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
