About The Position

Job Description: Perform all required maintenance in assembly department. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair assembly equipment and machines. Perform preventative maintenance on assembly equipment and machines. Fabricate, assembly, integrate and debug on new assembly equipment. Communicate with Managers, Team Leads, Supervisor and Engineers on maintenance opportunities. Support assembly operations on a daily basis Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks All other duties as assigned. Troubleshoot and repair assembly equipment and machines. Perform preventative maintenance on assembly equipment and machines.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of experience in troubleshooting/ repair of automated manufacturing equipment or a 2-year degree/ diploma in industrial trades.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, A/C and D/C wiring and controls, PLC, function of computers, printers.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, both electrical and pneumatics, basic carpentry and plumbing skills.
Knowledgeable in the use of machine tools (mills, lathes, etc.)
