About The Position

This role, referred to as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, is crucial for a fast-paced, high-impact environment, focusing on keeping operations running optimally. Requirements

Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or machine repair
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical (up to 480V), mechanical, and controls systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
Experience in high-volume or 24/7 production environments
A mindset focused on problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement
Willingness to respond to urgent needs, including off-hours support when needed

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Maintain and improve packaging and production equipment
Diagnose issues using PLC systems, instrumentation, and control systems
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency
Install and support new equipment, wiring, and automation systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Partner with Operations to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions
Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, OSHA, environmental regulations)
Support a culture of continuous improvement and reliability
Train team members and share knowledge to strengthen the organization
