About The Position

This role, referred to as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, is crucial for a fast-paced, high-impact environment, focusing on keeping operations running optimally. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or machine repair
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical (up to 480V), mechanical, and controls systems
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience in high-volume or 24/7 production environments
  • A mindset focused on problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to respond to urgent needs, including off-hours support when needed

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Maintain and improve packaging and production equipment
  • Diagnose issues using PLC systems, instrumentation, and control systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency
  • Install and support new equipment, wiring, and automation systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Partner with Operations to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, OSHA, environmental regulations)
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and reliability
  • Train team members and share knowledge to strengthen the organization
