MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
- Demonstrated ability to: Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines.
- Work as a team and/or independently.
- Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Nice To Haves
- Groundskeeping Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform general duties around the plant including but not limited to, lawn maintenance, exterior building maintenance, and grounds cleanup.
- Provide support and resources as necessary to every department in the plant regarding the Facilities Cleanliness initiative.
- Engage in daily communication with maintenance team to prioritize maintenance work.
- Assist in writing procedures and maintain records of repairs.
- Work towards operations excellence through 5S Methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain the Cycle).
- Uphold all MLI policies and "MLI Code of Conduct".
- Strict compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations.
- Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required. It is the employee's commitment to ensure that the Company's actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.
