We are looking for Maintenance Specialists to join our clinics! This position performs a variety of duties at different clinic locations and the administrative office. They ensure that all facilities, properties, and services functions operate effectively and efficiently; maintains schedule of building maintenance; processes facility maintenance requests from clinics and departments to ensure requests are completed in a timely fashion. Additional duties include interfacing with Clinic Managers, building contractors, pickup and delivery and any other duties as assigned.   • maintaining the facilities in a safe and reliable condition
  • maintaining equipment in a safe and reliable condition
  • assembly, and installation relocation of furniture
  • maintains schedule of building maintenance
  • processes facility maintenance requests from clinics and departments
  • interfacing with Clinic Managers, building contractors, pickup and delivery
  • any other duties as assigned
