This position is responsible for the oversight of maintenance, site services and the safety regulations of the J&J Flea marketplace by performing the following duties:

Requirements

• Professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle requests efficiently and effectively.
• Solution-oriented with the ability to remain patient and empathetic.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must be dependable
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work FULL weekends.
• 2 yrs. of experience in Maintenance and or a related field

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs that do not require a specialized technician
• Basic knowledge of construction and plumbing
• Assist with upkeep of the Market.
• Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to our guests and vendors.
• Assist with project-related tasks and other duties assigned
