Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Experience 5 years minimum
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing appliances
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• HVAC: 2 years (Required)
• EPA Type II (Required)
• Ability to Commute: South Atlanta, GA area

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical systems
• Conduct field service visits to customer locations
• Provide excellent customer service while on-site
• Document all work performed and parts used accurately
