About The Position

About Central Flying Service: Central Flying Service is a premier provider of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, specializing in general aviation and private jets. With over 80 years of aviation excellence, we pride ourselves on delivering superior technical service and customer care to a selective and growing clientele. Position Summary: This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales of our comprehensive aircraft maintenance packages. This role will focus on nurturing relationships with select customers and expanding Central Flying Service’s elite client base. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, highly organized, experienced in business development within the aviation industry, and located in Central Arkansas.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the aviation, MRO, or related technical services industry.
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 50%.
  • Knowledge of general aviation and private jet operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current select customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new select customers who align with Central’s service core values and culture.
  • Sell Central Flying Service’s complete maintenance package, tailored to each client’s aircraft and operational needs.
  • Maintain and actively manage a sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and deals.
  • Represent Central Flying Service at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our MRO capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as maintenance and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback to leadership.
