Learn more at www.tolin.com General Description: We have an opening for a Maintenance Sales Representative at our Denver branch . This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality the enjoys winning. Candidates are requested to have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will also have a background in the HVAC, facility services industries, and/or property management. Responsibilities for Maintenance Sales Representative include: Sales / Marketing Business Development Client Relationship Management Communication Technical Understanding Leadership Teamwork Compensation & Benefits: Average Starting Salary: $60K - 85K Base pending work experience + Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales). Typical 1st year total compensation usually is in the $75K – 85K neighborhood with second year being in the $95k – 135k bracket pending activity and success. Uncapped commissions earning potential. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration for any hiring offer. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Over 18 years of age High School diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience Strong written and verbal English skills Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications : Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Background in HVAC, facility services industries, and/or property management Experience with business-to-business sales preferred Knowledge of the business environment in the Denver region Excellent interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction Strong degree of professionalism Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
