About The Position

A stunning private game reserve is looking for a RESERVE / MAINTENANCE MANAGER We are looking for a dedicated Reserve & Maintenance Manager who understands that luxury hospitality and rugged conservation are two sides of the same coin. This 2,500-hectare private reserve is a sanctuary of biodiversity, offering Big-5 encounters and unique accommodations. The ideal candidate must be mature, reliable, and values-driven. Have sound judgement, emotional stability, and a disciplined, sober approach to work and life. Candidate must be comfortable working/living in a remote environment Christian values property - preference for an aligned candidate Must have contactable references and reference extremely well.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of mechanical experience
• Lodge, reserve, or remote-site maintenance experience is essential
• Driver's licence required, PDP would be beneficial.
• Candidate must be comfortable driving safari and reserve vehicles on rugged terrain
• Must have contactable references and reference extremely well.

Nice To Haves

• Fleet, diesel, or heavy vehicle experience preferred
• Trade qualification beneficial, but practical experience is key
• PDP would be beneficial.
• Christian values property - preference for an aligned candidate
