About The Position

Mold Masters is looking for a Maintenance Repair Tech to join our team at our new facility location at 42827 Irwin Dr, Harrison Township, MI, USA! The Repair Operations group is responsible for maintenance, modification, disassembly, repair, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, and correction of problems. Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return. Sets up necessary repair and test facilities. A Maintenance Repair Operator II is also responsible for performing complete operation checkout, modification, disassembly, repair, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, and correction of problems. Work You’ll Do: Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return. Sets up necessary repair and test facilities. Job duties are primarily straightforward, repetitive, and manual activities; may collaborate on more complicated tasks. Works within established standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of maintenance background experience including mechanical, electrical, schematics, and blueprints
• Requires skills developed through formal training or work experience.
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Have good organization skills and maintain safety standards
• Valid driver's license for local travel only

• Tool/mold making experience
• Machining
• Disassembly and reassembly of hot runner equipment
