Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in inventory or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
Experience managing indirect material purchasing and MRO inventory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Nice To Haves

Hands‑on experience using SAP for material management, purchase requisitions, and inventory controls

Responsibilities

Leadership & Inventory Management – Lead and oversee all site warehouse and MRO storeroom operations, including third‑party storeroom management, while ensuring accurate physical inventory and adjustments.
Process Improvement – Identify and implement improvements to existing inventory, purchasing, and storeroom processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with maintenance, production, engineering, and external vendors to support routine maintenance and plant shutdown activities.
Metrics & Safety Focus – Drive a safety‑first mindset while managing inventory metrics, cycle counts, and compliance with internal standards and audits.
