About The Position

American Workforce Group has partnered with a property management company to help them add a to their ever growing and always busy maintenance team! Description of Maintenance repair - Handling assigned work in an efficient and timely manner. - Examining and diagnosing problems including electrical, plumbing, drywall etc. - Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience with painting preferred.
• Experience in handy man type skills.
• Some back ground restrictions may apply.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or above regularly.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Can work in a fast pace environment.
