About The Position

The Porter is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas and hallways are properly maintained. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris. Summary: The Porter is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This involves ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, including parking garages, are regularly cleaned and kept free of snow, ice, and debris.

Requirements

Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)
Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
Must have a friendly demeanor
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 8 hour standing shifts

Responsibilities

Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all other common areas.
Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
Participate in Redstone training as required.
Ensure exceptional curb appeal by maintaining clean and properly maintained community grounds and buildings.
