You will support the planning and manage the execution of the maintenance of site-wide equipment that supports the plant producing great food. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and extensive experience in a manufacturing setting with maintenance / planning supervision and/or management experience required (technical degree preferred).
  • Proven track record establishing Safety Programs for Maintenance teams that have consistently delivered benchmark results
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the operation to ensure improved collaboration and deliver results
  • Ability to motivate, guide and develop employees in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive Results: You will develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. Work to reduce downtime and assure peak plant efficiencies, by overseeing the Maintenance team's performance. You will utilize maintenance metrics to foster visibility and alignment.
  • Think Big: Lead, manage and direct implementation of Kellanova Work System and Reliable Maintenance Center of Excellence. Identify and implement cost-savings initiatives. You will establish the criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees and contractors.
  • Do it the Right Way: Supervise work completion through reports reviews, site inspections and coordination with operations and vendors. Promote safety across the plant. Investigate equipment conditions and recommend improvements to ensure that needs are met. Prepare and adhere to the established maintenance operating budget, monitoring departmental expenditures, including all Maintenance and Repair cost centers, parts, outside services and departmental labor.
