Responsibilities In this role, you will: Report directly to the maintenance supervisor and charged to assist the TPM Coordinator with TPM activities. The Maintenance Planner will be directly responsible for Parts Systems Approval and Processing of all Cycle Counts Completed by Crafts on a monthly basis Trend and Track inventory adjustments made as part of the level 1 meeting discussion. Assist in the construction and maintenance of an EAM Equipment Parts systems for cataloging parts and documents by Critical Equipment spare parts list Assist with inventory control for ordering standard parts on EAM controlled Min/Max levels and maintenance personnel request Maintenance Schedule Assisting schedulers with parts needed for Maintenance Projects and repairs to ensure that the parts timeline aligns with the maintenance work order and PM system timelines. Assist Schedulers with time estimates and standard work to create standard operating procedures for every maintenance task performed Develop EAM Schedules for TPM and Autonomous work for operators. Develop Systems for deploying work to Operations and Closing completed work orders in EAM System with Parts and Comments. Responsible for contracted work scheduling and Site Specific Safety Plans with contractors as well as PEHSR Level 3- Level 4. CAPEX Planning Responsible for Maintenance of Capital Spreadsheet Responsible for Contracted Scheduling and Site Specific Safety Plans with contractors as well as PEHSR Level 3- Level 4 Total Productive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance Maintain Maintenance Prints and Documentation in the EAM system PM’s in EAM and training documentation which is required to push autonomous maintenance into the floor level Creating training documents with pictures and written procedures to assist maintenance technicians and operators when performing PM’s and Work Orders Assisting the TPM coordinators with Parts and Documentation Requirements to further TPM deployment throughout the plant. Assisting TPM team in scheduling kiting and planning TPM events to insure parts are kitted and prepared for the events Assist TPM team with the management of tag tracking system to insure the integrity of EAM. EAM Work Order System Assist Maintenance Supervisor in billing parts to project work orders and standard work orders to insure 100% data capture of part use. Updating information in the EAM system on new or modified equipment. This would be any drawings, Prints, or Documents for the equipment or procedures on the equipment.
