Position Summary In your role as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler you'll be responsible for designing, monitoring, and optimizing the schedule for production support. The role ensures that all preventive, corrective, and reliability‑centered maintenance work is planned, staffed, and executed with minimal disruption. Requirements

• B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CMMS
• Flexible and team oriented
• Requires a combination of relevant experience in maintenance, engineering, or a related field
• 2-year minimum experience in a Maintenance department
• 3+ years of experience in an Engineering environment
• Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Nice To Haves

• Semiconductor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing maintenance schedules, generating work orders, and optimizing resource allocation to minimize downtime and impact on production
• Creating, updating, and managing work orders, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and properly assigned
• Ensuring that necessary parts, tools, and documentation are available before work is initiated
• Working with maintenance technicians, production supervisors, and other departments to schedule work and address any issues
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability.
