About The Position

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain weekly and long-range maintenance schedules. Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize operational disruption. Balance reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance priorities. Track backlog and prioritize work based on safety, production impact, and asset criticality. Preventative Maintenance Program Development Establish, implement, and continuously improve preventative maintenance (PM) procedures. Determine appropriate maintenance frequencies based on manufacturer recommendations, asset history, and reliability data. Review PM effectiveness and adjust schedules as needed to improve performance. Develop job plans including labor estimates, required parts, tools, and safety requirements. Work Order Management Create, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS. Ensure work orders contain clear scopes, technical instructions, and required materials. Maintain accurate equipment history and documentation. Track KPIs such as PM compliance, downtime, and schedule adherence. Coordination & Communication Serve as liaison between operations and maintenance teams. Participate in production planning meetings. Ensure required parts and materials are available prior to scheduled work. Coordinate contractor activities when applicable. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency. Support root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures. Assist in capital planning for equipment upgrades or replacements. Promote safe work practices and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
