To effectively perform all the required duties of the Maintenance Planner / Scheduler position in an accurate, thorough, and safe manner outlined per the Carl Buddig and Company job description. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read, write and speak English. Must be proficient in using CMMS software (previous system experience in MQ1 – AX – MVP preferred). Must have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs. Must be able to work 40 or more hours per week. Must be able to work mandatory overtime if necessary. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). Must be able to work in temperatures of 40 degrees or less when needed. Comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined per the Carl Buddig and Company employee handbook. Take responsibility in your work area to produce a safe and quality food product. Maintain a good rapport with all Carl Buddig and Company co-workers.
