Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them
  • Strong Computer skills especially need to have Advanced Proficiency with MS office Excel and Access and knowledge of various CMMS software
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Professional office etiquette is required at all times
  • Physical requirements may include: sitting, squatting, walking, reaching out to arm’s length, reaching over-head, lifting between 50-100 pounds, and reading

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and services
  • Responsible for data entry into Knapp CMMS, KPI reports and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and format excel spreadsheet and generate reports of daily weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance. Utilizing Kisoft Analytics, and SCADA
  • Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level
  • Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department
  • Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS
  • Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
