About The Position

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• CANDIDATES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR TYSON FOODS OR TYSON AFFILIATES 3 OR MORE TIMES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE.
• REHIRES ARE SUBJECT TO A 91 DAY WAIT PERIOD.
• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS GENERAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT SCHOOL TRAINING documented in your work history and/or resume. or your application will not be reviewed.
• MUST be a "R" stamped certified Welder for the repair and alteration of high-pressure Industrial equipment by the State and/or American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME.
• MUST have a valid State Driver's License.
• Motor Vehicle Requirement (18 years of age, valid state driver's license, and no DUI/DWI’s within the last 12 months).
• OFFICAL MVR RECORD must be checked POST-OFFER and RECEIVED by Tyson before applicant will be moved into position.
• MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS TASKED BY ADMINISTRATION.
