About The Position

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Receiving materials & parts into the facility maintenance inventory records, dispenses parts & materials, tracks/enters materials into database. Essential Functions: Daily entry and filing of maintenance department part use by preventative maintenance orders as well as requisitions for maintenance department parts inventory and line labor time in SAP. Monitor Maintenance Orders for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor daily BOBJ reports; investigate and correct any problems before reports are published and distributed. Work with Maintenance Supervisors to monitor parts inventory levels. Perform shrink and gain transactions to maintain correct inventories for all related maintenance parts inventories. Monitor SAP transactions error report and make corrections as necessary. Create and maintain custom BOBJ reports as required by Maintenance Management. Produce memos or documents using MS word. Other related duties as directed by Maintenance Management. Communicating with management when there are concerns with the following: Production Safety Employee Relations Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client. Provides clerical support to the maintenance department Produces various reports using Word, Excel, SAP & monitors order accuracy

Requirements

  • Display positive attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test.
  • Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist.
  • Must be able and available to work overtime as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Entry-level
