About The Position

Corle Building Systems is an IAS accredited (USA) and CSA-A660 (Canada) certified manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems. We design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes. We are looking for an inventory specialist for the 2nd shift. Responsibilities: Data entry of maintenance parts and inventory into maintenance system; place orders for parts, equipment, and tools as requested by maintenance and operations leaders; recommend restock frequencies, improvements in the work order, and parts management as indicators arise in course of work Duties include receiving and issuing parts, inventory control, document control, moving parts, and materials. Legible handwriting, organizational ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in the handling of parts and maintaining records. Strong communication skills, proven ability to identify variances, solve problems, and a track record of exercising good judgment in making decisions and handling exceptions. Relevant computer experience including basic PC skills. Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation with an action-oriented bias. Ability to identify and escalate problems or exceptions to the appropriate people. Ability to clearly communicate information written or verbally. Understand and meet daily department expectations. Use internal computer applications with oversight from experienced staff for basic inquiries, select report generation, data entry, and scanning. Understand how to interpret and update work order documentation and other production documents.
