Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. 2nd shift Assoc Manager, Maintenance Ops The Maintenance Operations Associate Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for facility maintenance operations to drive continuous improvement in facility maintenance processes. Develops and executes maintenance strategies, manages maintenance teams, oversees budgeting and resource allocation, coordinates preventive maintenance programs, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective facility operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment
• High school education

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day maintenance and repairs of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, equipment, and related utilities.
• Assists manager with complex repairs on malfunctioning RX equipment required in order to restore machinery to satisfactory operating conditions.
• Ensures a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
• Executes emergency plans, and maintains physical preparedness designs to assist and protect employees in emergency situations.
• Coordinates processes and assignments from the asset management system work orders and ensures entries are completed in a timely manner.
• Educates team in basic machine maintenance, operational safety, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Directs workflow of maintenance staff and monitors the performance of their assigned responsibilities.
• Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
• Mentors and supports team members, assisting them in their professional growth and skill development.
