Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and safety-conscious Maintenance Millwright to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Millwright certification or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Proven experience as a millwright or industrial mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical/Electrical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems and components to detect faults and malfunctions.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks, and forklifts.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
  • Support and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by applying OE/Lean principles to daily work, identifying waste, and participating in problem-solving initiatives
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and hazard assessments.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents promptly.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standards.
  • Take ownership of safety in your work area and encourage safe practices among team
