About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance professional to lead and support maintenance operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, PLCs, and welding, along with proven stability and leadership in previous roles.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive maintenance experience
- Strong experience with electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and welding
- Food industry experience required
- Proven job stability in previous roles
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed

Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and PLCs
- Perform welding and mechanical repairs as needed
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are executed
- Minimize downtime and support continuous production operations
- Maintain compliance with food safety and safety standards
- Coordinate maintenance activities and support production teams
