About The Position

Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. We are currently looking to add an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to our production team! Below is more regarding job specifics. As a Maintenance Mechanic you will work under the supervision of our Maintenance Manager in the activities related to the repair and maintenance of all machinery and mechanical equipment, all Enterprise Precast Concrete buildings.

Requirements

High school diploma
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a plant environment utilizing lift equipment, overhead cranes, air compressors and light vehicles.
Must be a certified mechanic for the type of equipment utilized at Enterprise Concrete or be willing to take training and successfully obtain certification.

Nice To Haves

Ideally have 2+ years of working on Diesel Engines

Responsibilities

Assist Maintenance Mechanics with troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment, including mixers, batch plants, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and motors.
Perform basic mechanical tasks such as tightening bolts, changing filters, lubricating equipment, and replacing worn parts.
Support scheduled preventative maintenance activities and document work performed.
Help maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and shop organization.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other plant equipment as trained.
Assist with building maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs.
Clean work areas, remove debris, and help ensure the maintenance shop and plant remain safe and organized.
