About The Position

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician , you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyor belts, packaging machinery, and food processing and bakery equipment. You will work closely with our production team to minimize downtime and ensure that our equipment meets the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role is based at our frozen pizza manufacturing facility in Milwaukee, WI —a state-of-the-art facility that includes an on-site bakery, high-speed packaging lines, and a fast-paced food production environment dedicated to producing high-quality products for consumers around the world. We offer a $7,000 sign-on bonus! Our Electro-Mechanical Tech roles range from $27.00 to $44.80 per hour plus $5.00 per hour shift premium and additional pay for weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are also available for those who want to earn more. What you’ll do… · Support our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment. · Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas. · Be involved in all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards. · Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC’s, VFD’s, servos, robotics, and programmable devices. Requirements

  • Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.
