The typical day will go something like this:

Requirements

  • Must possess CFC Universal
  • Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to lift sixty (60) pounds
  • Five (5) years experience
  • Must pass background check

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
  • Conduct daily building/equipment tours
  • Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems
  • Provide assistance and support to subcontractors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
