Day Shift Monday to Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (start time is flexible) Military Experience Encouraged Overview Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a designated critical access hospital committed to providing quality health care service to residents in Crawford, Franklin and Washington counties. The hospital has enhanced and expanded the health care services available to the greater Sullivan community with its state-of-the-art emergency department, modern childbirth center, critical care unit, multiroom surgical suite, expanded cardiac rehab services, and a cancer center. A 22,500 square-foot medical office building provides offices for primary care physicians as well as space for a variety of visiting medical and surgical specialists from the St. Louis area. Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital operates four rural health clinics providing quality health care to surrounding communities. In addition, the hospital operates a comprehensive Therapy and Rehabilitation department and an award-winning Wound Care Center with two hyperbaric chambers. The MBSH Maintenance department is responsible for maintaining and repairing all mechancial and electrical equipment as well as minor construction projects on campus. Role Purpose Provides Maintenance and Engineering service and responds to service calls throughout the healthcare facility . Performs accurate and effective repairs on equipment and building systems. Calls in more qualified personnel when repairs are beyond his/her capability. Performs other tasks as directed by the General Maintenance Shop Lead and Supervisor.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
<2 years Experience
No Experience Supervisor Experience

Responsibilities

Ensures all aspects of preventative maintenance are completed on schedule and according to department standards and procedures.
Keeps equipment clean and operational.
Performs troubleshooting and continuous improvement on building equipment and systems as assigned.
Maintains documentation in regards to facility equipment and systems, ensuring all necessary documentation is current and up-to-date for all applicable regulatory agencies.
