We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic to support our manufacturing operations and ensure equipment reliability and uptime. Position Summary The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and performing preventive maintenance on roll-forming production equipment, hydraulic press brakes, de-coilers, take-up reels, and other manufacturing and facility equipment.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance per work instructions and schedules
  • Install, dismantle, move, and upgrade production and facility equipment
  • Diagnose and repair motors, wiring, PLCs, I/O modules, VFDs, and power supplies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Use meters and electrical test equipment to troubleshoot issues
  • Align motors to manufacturer specifications
  • Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, rigging, and machine repair
  • Maintain safe work practices, including proper lockout/tagout procedures
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in the maintenance and work areas
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
  • 6 months to 1 year of related maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read wiring schematics and electrical diagrams
  • Ability to size and wire electrical circuits in accordance with NEC and manufacturer specifications
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to use basic software and internet tools
  • Welding experience (MIG/TIG, brazing, torch, or stick welding) preferred
