Requirements

• High school level of knowledge
• Minimum of two years experience in maintenance type repairs
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Some plumbing and electrical experience
• Prior hospital maintenance experience
• Possession of a valid New York State Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance type repairs
• Operate a variety of plant equipment, hand and power tools
• Perform mechanical equipment operation and repair
