About The Position

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic to be located in Smoot, WV. Reporting to the Mill Supervisor, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance and PM’s on sawmill equipment.

Requirements

Highschool Diploma or GED.
3+ years of relevant maintenance experience in a similar work environment.
Ability to work occasional overtime.
You are punctual and reliable.
Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening.
Positive and Verifiable Work History.
Frequently will push, pull, carry, and lift 20 - 50lbs.
Frequent walking, standing, stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping and repetitive movements
Must be able to communicate, hear, comprehend, and write in English.
Frequently must be able to work in moderate noise, up to 83 decibels.
Frequent exposure to dust.
Exposure to noise environment requiring hearing protection.
Must be able and willing to work in non-temperature-controlled environment, exposed to weather conditions.
