Responsibilities Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Bethesda, MD. Must have commercial office building experience—building operations. CBS provides team coverage Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm and Saturdays 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Salary $27.00 per hour, plus overtime if required. The typical day will go something like this: Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis Conduct daily building/equipment tours Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma Driver's License Minimum 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance Computer skills a must Flexible to working between 6am and 6pm Basic knowledge mechanical, electrical and plumbing Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment Must be familiar with pumps, AHU's, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, etc. Dependable and reliable EOE, including disability/veterans

Requirements

High School Diploma
Driver's License
Minimum 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance
Computer skills a must
Flexible to working between 6am and 6pm
Basic knowledge mechanical, electrical and plumbing
Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
Must be familiar with pumps, AHU's, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, etc.
Dependable and reliable

Responsibilities
