Coordinate with Manufacturing Supervisors and Maintenance personnel to provide maintenance support as required to allow the manufacturing process to proceed with minimal down time due to mechanical problems. Troubleshooting of equipment - Electrical disconnects, subpanels, and main switchgear to aid in the troubleshooting process. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Calibrate various equipment. Utilize safe work habits. Wear appropriate PPE - Safety harness, LOTO equipment and any other safety equipment required by NOV, FGS, and OSHA. Performs advanced carpentry projects including coordinating the build out of special projects as requested. Assists and ensures all areas are returned to a clean, neat, orderly, and safe condition according to policy and procedure. Ability to interpret internal needs through strong communication and listening skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and assignments. Solid ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Familiar with all components capable of production and storing energy so the interaction of these components as it pertains to the production equipment and safety can be maintained and operated in a safe and productive manner. Maintain a high level of quality and safety awareness. Computer, PLC hardware and software, inverter drivers, photo-eyes, proximity switches, counters, level sensors, controllers and any other equipment requiring a computer or controls basis interface. Perform other duties as assigned.
