Requirements

Experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings
Skills in welding, machining, electrical repair, or fabrication
Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
Willingness to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment (motors, conveyors, pumps, etc.)
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
