JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Mechanic II is responsible for facility maintenance, preventative maintenance program, security, repair, and physical operation of the equipment in the facility and performs related duties as required. This position performs skilled craft work under the direction of the Lead Maintenance Mechanic and, depending on the size of facility, may report to the Plant Manager or General Manager. Maintenance Mechanic II installs, maintains, repairs, and inspects mechanical equipment used in specialized food manufacturing.
