About The Position

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal operation. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Operate tools and machinery safely while adhering to company standards. Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating tasks and reporting issues.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
  • Compliance with all company safety and operational policies.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads with assistance.
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling in varied conditions.
  • Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
  • Visual and auditory capacity to detect hazards and ensure safe operations.
