What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to support continuous plant operations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements
• Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Manual dexterity required to operate tools and machinery
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
