About The Position

Provides quality general maintenance support of the facilities, Boilers, electrical, HVAC, utilities and equipment components in support of the hospital-wide safety and utility management program. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent.
• Five (5) years' experience in institutional environment, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, carpentry and painting is preferred.
• Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.

Nice To Haves

• Four (4) years of college or technical training in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and additional trade training Desired: Six (6) years or more experience in a hospital environment with technical training.
• Certification for Freon reclamation required.
