About the role: Adherence to TreeHouse Foods Code of Ethics, and behavior according to TreeHouse Way. Adherence to all health, safety, environmental, food safety, and quality standards, and notification of supervision of any unsafe conditions (including HACCP and GMP) Effective communication (written, verbal, and over radio) with coworkers. Removal and installation of equipment and self-directed with good organizational skills. Working with supervisors, planner/scheduler, and departments for an effective shutdown rebuild schedule with a proactive mindset. Accurately complete preventive maintenance audits and repairs. Mechanically and electrically troubleshoot equipment failures. Be able to work in a team-based environment with all departments. Able to use CMMS (MP2 preferred) with skill in the use of computers and HMIs. Manage time to facilitate compliance and reliability needs.
